Neutralisation balances the undertone reducing dark, purple, or brown tones, so the final lip blush result is more vibrant and true to colour. Please note that naturally very dark or near-black lip tones may require laser lightening prior to treatment, as tattooing alone cannot remove deep natural pigmentation.
